Hatchery Operative

Job description:

• Operating the chick take off and egg transfer.
• Maintaining the highest possible standards at all times.
• Ensuring that the hatchery equipment is set up correctly, is being
  operated safely and is cleaned properly after use.
• Make sure to wearing the correct PPE at all times.
• Operating the chick grading.
• Ensuring that required quantities are ready for delivery.
• Long term employment
• Full time work (part time not available)
• 40 hours a week; 5 working days from Monday to Friday
• Factory operates over Bank Holidays, Easter and Christmas

Requirements :

• Previous experience in food industry, preferably in a poultry
• Very good level of English (written and spoken)
• Very good numeracy skills
• Long term commitment
• Flexible, adaptable individual who is an effective communicator
